Thank you for doing all the videos you do. Those videos helped in our decision to move to Kentucky. I’ve moved all over the USA but my girlfriend has only ever lived in Oregon. She was very apprehensive about moving to Kentucky but your videos show the beauty of the state and the kindness of the different communities. We found our “dream property” in South Shore Kentucky. We were blessed to get Mimi as our point of contact. I feel 100% positive She went and looked at a property, the Kentucky dream home with a private lake, 18 acres, setup for horses and cabins that can be used as income! Ms Mimi was awesome and did an incredible job. She drove 3 hours one way to do a video walkthrough at a very remote property. She did an amazing job showing us the property while in an area with poor cell service. Mimi kept in constant communication with us throughout the entire process, even on our road trip where we got stuck in Nevada and Wyoming because of a snowstorm and blizzard for 3 days lol. I worked with Brett Franklin from the Bluegrass Team on a recent purchase of 200 acres land in Eastern Kentucky and I don't think I could have asked for a better agent to work with. Brett was knowledgeable about the area, and very communicative throughout the process. I got a call from him within 15 minutes of filling out an online form on their website. The deal was challenging, and Brett was patient throughout the process. He ended up showing me the property 3 times, and spent over 10 hours total walking it with me after everything.
