Bluff City Taxi

I had a stellar experience booking Bluff City Taxi for a two-hour ride. Not only did they put up with a couple of pick-up location changes, they also stayed in contact with me by text and waited for me when my ship was a bit behind schedule in letting me disembark. David was helpful on the phone and my driver (Jose) was professional, courteous, and a safe driver. In addition, the fee (including tip!) was still significantly less than the quotes I received from other providers. This was a solid, functional, comfortable ride. No frills, but did exactly what I needed at a great price. I will book again.

My relative and I had a great outcome with Bluff City Taxi, after our initial complaint to Mr. David. One of their phone representatives did not pick up the phone on the night we scheduled a pick up. We both spoke with David the next day. He was so polite and professional. He really was very sympathetic to what happened. He then gave my relative a courtesy ride upon his next service request. He then followed up with us both the next day after our initial complaint. So, a month or so past before my relative needed to use the free courtesy pass. When we did, Mr. David immediately remembered who we were and approved the courtesy ride. Then he followed up with us both the next day to make sure my relative was picked up. Mr. David was again polite and showed such compassion. I have rarely experienced such genuine kindness in customer service. I definitely will use their service again and I highly recommend Bluff City Taxi services.

Our flight was cancelled a couple of times but your driver was very patient with us. He took us back home and came back at 4:00 am in the morning to take us back to the airport without any hesitation. Would recommend their service.
