BME Fire Trucks

I’ve done thousands of business transactions in my life, and one thing that is very disappointing to me is the dwindling “hand shake deals” and good ol fashion customer servise that made a company or man worth its words. I can say without hesitation that my experience with BME has been an experience I haven’t had since I was a teenager when a handshake was your contract. The service and product exceeded my expectations and I am 100% satisfied! Thank you Matt for all the help, updates, and patience. It was a pleasure all the way through the process. Really happy about the timeline coming together the way did even through all the hurtles that I know you and team had to overcome during these interesting times. Thanks Mike for entertaining me even though you had a full planned with things to do. You spent the time to walk me through everything on the engine and show me around. It’s nice to see someone with your experience level in fire working there at BME to help show us around the engine. Thank you for all the help!! Everyone else there I met was also very helpful and nice. From the car at airport, paid parking fee, lunch, free swag, to the candy for the road, my experience was great. Thank you guys for showing me what goes into your product. I know without a doubt that we purchased a well built, high quality fire engine. I know who we will keep our future business with. Thank you for treating the “small guy” with same respect as the big contracts like Cal Fire. Good job BME! Look forward to our next build with folks.

NCSFS ordered a type 4 BME engine . Order process, build process with pictures was excellent in being able to visualize our truck being built. Delivery and follow up emails .

BME has an awesome social media presence, and truly listens to feedback and criticism from their customers. They are also open with news and information as far as explaining their recent business developments.
