From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all my questions. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and I truly felt he cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. I had a very negative experience with the service department at Highland Cadillac. Kevin Tibbitts, the service manager, was incredibly unprofessional and rude. Initially, I authorized a diagnostic service, assuming it would be covered under my extended warranty. After learning it wasn't, I immediately asked them to stop the work. Despite this, I struggled to get a cost estimate for the diagnostic . Kevin Tibbitts was unresponsive to my calls and, when I finally reached him, he was dismissive and refused to provide the hourly rate or total cost for the 13 hours of diagnostics. He insisted they were too busy to answer my questions and told me to tow my car elsewhere. I believe it's a customer's right to know the potential costs upfront, especially when the warranty coverage is unclear. The lack of transparency and the rude behavior of Kevin Tibbitts were unacceptable. I would not recommend their service department.

Mj is a class act. He made the process so easy. Everyone that i dealt with was very professional. I would purchase from them again.
