I had a very negative experience with the service department at Highland Cadillac. Kevin Tibbitts, the service manager, was incredibly unprofessional and rude. Initially, I authorized a diagnostic service, assuming it would be covered under my extended warranty. After learning it wasn't, I immediately asked them to stop the work. Despite this, I struggled to get a cost estimate for the diagnostic . Kevin Tibbitts was unresponsive to my calls and, when I finally reached him, he was dismissive and refused to provide the hourly rate or total cost for the 13 hours of diagnostics. He insisted they were too busy to answer my questions and told me to tow my car elsewhere. I believe it's a customer's right to know the potential costs upfront, especially when the warranty coverage is unclear. The lack of transparency and the rude behavior of Kevin Tibbitts were unacceptable. I would not recommend their service department.
Mj is a class act. He made the process so easy. Everyone that i dealt with was very professional. I would purchase from them again.
Travelled out of my way to this dealership due to their inventory. Was quickly acknowledged by the Sales Manager who matched me up with Greg Grant who was easy to get along with, quickly set me up with two test drives and helped me make the right decision. The dealership is beautiful, everyone is friendly and I had a great experience as a first time customer. I will be picking up my new car just before Christmas. Thanks Greg and team, this is how customer service should be and how you build loyalty.
