Wow! What a beautiful journey! I have a little story to share, I found my kinda car on Facebook & was in communication with Tiffany, meanwhile I sold my old car & was in urgent need to buy a better one. Tiffany from the beginning was very detail oriented, she knew what I want & she found the best car for me & my family. The best part is my kinda car is very particular about customers contentment, they make sure they render high quality service fulfilling all your expectations. Meanwhile, I went through an immediate surgery & was unable to visit neither to view the car nor send any mechanic for assurance. However, Tiffany & Marcus were connected to me all my recovery as a family, I honestly never thought in my dreams that a deal will turn into such a strong relationship. I love them, they infact went extra mile & turn this dodge journey absolute new , adding new parts, completed safety by changing whatever it required into new, I never went to their office, never seen the car once, it was all online, they did everything safety, fixing whatever is needed, rust removal, new parts, licensing, registration, delivery & gave me 1 year warranty too in the price. And the car came with trim. I can assure you that Tiffany & Marcus are very honest, trustworthy & great people. I was in the hospital for 14 days & each & every time I got happy updates about my car & a safe delivery from London , ON, to Peterborough, ON. They came with family to deliver the car & met my family & it was a lovely & absolute beautiful moment together. I congratulate them that my kinda car will reach heights of success with such high quality, consultative selling, building rapport, personalization, empathy, providing value & following up.
