Awesome experience at Allentown BMW! Madalyn in the call center was our initial contact and did a great job getting us set up for a showroom visit. Our sales consultant Mason was fantastic, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process, and had several models ready for immediate test dives. Great Customer Service , Joe was an amazing rep and sold me an honest and well taken care of E92 M3! I drove from Northern, VA and was in the market for an M3 for months finally came across this spec and after some negotiating we worked a deal. I didn't get a PPI done on the vehicle given it was from a BMW dealership and that was the first time of me not doing so. But they were honest and the car had no hidden issues or any problems. I drove it 3 and a half hours back with no problem. Didn't deal with sneaky sales people. Thankful they didn't sell a junk car and it was a pleasure. I purchased this back in June of 2025 and I wanted to give some time before I came to my conclusion. Granted I should have wrote this sooner when I got the car inspected back in Virginia, but these guys were great. A+ service and business!
