I am a VERY picky person when it comes to my car. I have been pleasantly surprised by the consistent performance of Tallahassee BMW each time I take my car to the shop there! Ian Wyre is the person I always look for because he understands and takes my personal “crazy” seriously even when I think I am asking for too much! I have a service plan with my car, but it only pays for every other oil change, I use them for the one I have to pay for as well because I feel confident in their skill and consistency in quality care of my vehicle! If you own a BMW I strongly recommend taking it here!

I recently took my 2017 BMW in for coolant system leaks Jessica Carbaugh kept me updated about my repairs . This is the second of my cars I've taken there both times Jessica has been the one to look after me . They are all awesome and friendly there great place to deal with

Met Craig Johnson who performed the write-up for the recall. When I made the appointment the scheduling person did not list me as waiting. Craig was able to bump me up and take care of the repair. He took the time to explain the valet service, the time to repair, and got me back on the road. Highly recommend BMW of Tallahassee, Craig, and his crew. Top notch!
