DavidThe sign says that walk-ins are welcome. I walked in, was told by a stylist to wait for 20 minutes for a haircut. Thirty minutes later, the staff had forgotten I was there, and when I asked about my haircut, I was told there was no one available. The stylist who had told me to wait had left and was unreachable. I was then told there was a barber shop two doors down. I went there and had a great experience and haircut. I know who will get my business in the future.
