Tony was incredible from the start and guided us through the process with ease. Tony, along with Adran, Rick, John, and Barrett were so incredible to work with and made the process go smoothly and easily. Hats off to you gentlemen. Service department is lacking here. I’ve always worked with Doug McKenna and he has always been a challenge to work with and refuses to find resolutions to problems. My 2025 under warranty Cadillac is waiting for a backordered part with no estimated date of arrival and no loaner car was provided. Service advisors are quick to dismiss customer concerns. Lackluster customer service from what should be a luxury, premium brand. Service manager Ryan Berger was unable to provide any resolutions either. I’ve had better customer service from Walmart. Update 1/15/2026: I did email the General Manager, Travis Jacques, as the business reply to my review directed me to do. I emailed Travis on January 12th, 2026 and have not received any response from him at this time. Bob Moore Cadillac of Edmond allows customers to fall through the cracks and any attempt to find a resolution falls on deaf ears.

I want to thank Anthony Marcum, Salesman at Bob Moore Cadillac of Edmond for his outstanding customer service. I went to Bob Moore to “only look” for a vehicle replacement because I denied a Rudolph imposter the opportunity to become my hood ornament. Thus, the insurance company totaled my vehicle. So now I had to go car shopping which rates about a negative one on my shopping radar. Bob Moore Cadillac would became my first stop in looking for a car. From the moment I took about five steps out of my car, there was Anthony introducing himself and welcoming me to Bob Moore. From that introduction I could not have asked for a more personable and knowledgeable salesman. His honesty was refreshing in the fact when I asked a question that he did not have answer for, he immediately called and found the answer for me. Yes, I found my vehicle with Anthony’s help. But, the outstanding customer service didn’t stop there. John, in finance was just as awesome. My insurance payment had not been received yet, so John made my one and done stop shopping complete with his knowledge and great customer service. Because of the great customer service, I’m now a “First and Last Stop One and Done Shopper” with Bob Moore Cadillac of Edmond!
