My sales professional, Robert Hooks, was knowledgeable and took the time to understand what I was looking for. Robert answered all my questions and made the entire car-buying process smooth and stress-free. A sincere thanks to service advisor, Lee Green, who clearly explain the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance for my vehicle in a way that was easy to understand and informative. The dealership itself was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection of vehicles. I was impressed by the transparency in pricing, extended warranty plans, and how straightforward the financing process was. A special thanks to Financial Services Specialist, Matt Thompson. I am very impressed with Bob Moore Ford! The receptionists greeted me immediately and offered me something to drink while I waited. Everyone I spoke with was kind and professional. Robert Hooks was my sales representative and he was AWESOME! He had the truck pulled up to the front and waiting for me. He took the time to make me feel welcome and important. He even came in on his day off to help facilitate the sale. We shared personal stories and Robert made it feel like I was talking with an old friend. Nathan, in the finance department, was great as well. Everything went seamlessly and quickly, it was definitely the shortest amount of time I have ever spent purchasing a vehicle. I honestly was not sure I was going to be able to purchase the truck of my dreams but Bob Moore Ford helped to make that dream a reality! I highly recommend this dealership!
