I bought my Subaru Crosstrek (special order) from Bob Moore 2 years ago. They gave me the best deal after visiting another Subaru dealership. Since then there service department has been nothing but awesome. I got 2 years of free maintance. My service adviser Patrick offered a free car wash and keep me up to date on the service status. They also texted and emailed me video of there work and inspection (NICE). They treat you like you are one of the best customers. I always wait and thankful they have really nice waiting area. I bring my dog and they have a small dog area. She is also welcome inside. She gets lots of attention. I will continue to bring my car there and buy my next Subaru there as long as they keep up the service. Thank You Bob Moore Subaru

My dealings with Bob Moore Subaru so far have been with the experts in the parts department. These guys are awesome! I took up a project this summer of rebuilding an engine in my 2014 Crosstrek, and the parts staff was not only very helpful in getting me the parts I needed, but also very patient with me as I worked through the project. I would not hesitate doing another rebuild on a Subaru knowing that these professionals are nearby!

Blayze is absolutely amazing! Answered any and all questions my parents and myself had. Made the process very quick and painless. Quickly took care of an issue I had with my address. Hes responded to any questions very quickly. You can definitely tell he enjoys what he does. Will absolutely refer anyone to Bob Moore Subaru and tell them to ask for Blayze!

Updated: I went ahead and raised this to.a 4 star after talking to the sales rep again. The detailing didn't happen because he knew I needed the vehicle quickly and he had planned to schedule a convenient time for me to bring it back and get it detailed. Unfortunately since I didn't get to see and talk to him the detailing and filling up the tank fell through the cracks. Again had I had/taken the time to go in and find him this could have been fixed but I was in a bit of a hurry and didn't allow them that time. Due to how far a drive it is for me I went ahead and got it detailed on my own. Overall I am happy with the vehicle and the sales process. I would say this closer to 3.5 star than just 3 stars but I read more of the 3 stars than the other reviews myself so here you go. I found a used car on their website I was interested in. I drove up there and talked with Keaton. He was friendly and helpful and got me a test drive of the vehicle within a couple minutes. I loved the vehicle. We then were able to come to an agreement on the price with no real haggling. They had only had the vehicle a few days and it had passed the inspection but had not been detailed and the minor mechanical items (wheel alignment tire rotation and new windshield wipers) weren't fixed yet. I bought it late Saturday. They said they would get it to be next and those things done and try to have it ready by late Monday. I called Monday afternoon. Keaton said it would be ready by 5:00. I showed up around 5:30. Keaton was on a different test drive so I didn't get to talk to him. All the mechanical items were fixed (the important things). However the car had not been cleaned at all and only had a half tank of gas. Now to be fair. Due to the late hour and the fact that I live on the other side of the city and had to get a ride over to the dealership to pick the vehicle up and I needed it as the only reason I was car shopping was someone totaled my last vehicle. I didn't bring this to their attention because they would have had to kept the car to clean it properly and I would have had to get or pay for another ride over there so they didn't get a chance to fix the issue. Overall it was a decent car buying experience but nothing special. They did over promised and under deliver but not on anything critical. So far I love the vehicle. I've only had it for a day but I am really enjoying it.
