Mr. Smith is very kind and knowledgeable about his business. I was ready to get this transaction going, but his lack of communication and even after a phone call from me to ask what happened to our appointment, I have yet to hear from him. It's been 4 days, no contact. He missed our initial appointment for an estimate and had to reschedule. He is very pleasant, but I need reliability also.
