I am extremely frustrated with the management at this Massage Envy location. Despite having credits clearly showing on my account, management refused to allow me to use them and insisted I pay out of pocket for my services. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. I have been a member and have credits that I’ve earned/paid for, yet when I try to redeem them, I’m told I still need to pay additional fees. The front desk staff seemed confused about their own credit system, and management was unhelpful and dismissive when I asked for clarification. It feels like a bait and switch - they’re happy to take your money for credits upfront, but when it comes time to actually use those credits, they create barriers and make you jump through hoops. This defeats the entire purpose of having a membership and credit system. I’ve wasted time and money dealing with their poor management policies. Save yourself the headache and go to an independent massage therapist who actually values their customers. Will not be returning and would not recommend this location to anyone.

Amazing and relaxing!!! Get the yearly.membership! Oh my lawrd! Amazing! Plus...the massages are tension releasing and they are flexible to your pressure style and heat likings. Amazing!!!! Thank you Samara! Also, took my tee in for a facial and she immediately loved it. It helped her skin so much and they gave her tips on how to deal with blemishes and pimples specifically for her skin type.

I’ve always had really good experiences with Massage Envy. However today was different. Today was perfection! Sandra did an amazing job today. I have a high pain tolerance and I’m always on my feet. My body is always tense and my muscles are chronically tight. I have an insane amount of knots and most of the time I don’t know they are there until I get them worked on. She got in my ribs, my entire back, both of my legs ( inside, outside, up and down). It didn’t feel calculated like you can tell how many stokes someone is doing on each side before they move on. It felt like she truly knew what to do and where to go. Today I fell asleep on the table and when I was walking to my car, my entire body felt light. Like I had lost 15lbs. I highly recommend both the establishment and Sandra. Makes me truly consider a membership and that’s a lot for me..I have commitment issues. 💛
