The owner and staff at Body Concepts provided excellent customer service during our April 2025 visit to Banff, Alberta. My mother and I decided manicures would be a great souvenir for our week. Both of us were pleased with the outcome! Special thanks to Sharol for responding to the unexpected need for a redo to mom’s polish. In our hurry to the gondola ride (excellent attraction! Also Banff’s public bus service is great!), the polish didn’t dry completely. Sharol agreed to redo the service the next day. This was mom’s first manicure so I really appreciate that it could be fixed. Mom enjoyed the polish for the next week, showing it off when she returned home. Thank you!

Visiting Banff and had my very first Lash Lift done by Tenejah at the studio. Was put at immediate ease with how friendly and clean the salon was. Might have dozed off during the lash lift as the music selection playing was so relaxing. Do not know how it was possible to have my lashes look so full and curled…thinking a bit of magic perhaps lol. Highly recommend visiting this studio and having Tenejah take care of you. Also I am a repeat customer…last three trips I find the time to go for brows, pedicures and manicures. Always top notch!
