***long review*** I booked a facial consultation and was not disappointed. It was a great experience overall. Good music, positive vibes and an extremely knowledgeable esthetician. We had great conversation and even talked about Porscha (forgive me if I’m spelling your name wrong) 10 yr anniversary approaching. She was so easy to talk to and I was super relaxed while the steam opened my pores. I immediately fell in love with her scrub, and it melts like butter. And my skin was super hydrated and plump hours after leaving her spa. I did end up purchasing the scrub (which smells really yummy!). I do have plans on also purchasing her serum as well. The photo below is 4 hours after my facial. The glow is giving shine bright like a diamond. All and all. 10/10 recommend and will be going to her on a consistent basis for my facials and chemical peels. ♥️

I saw an ad on Instagram and that lead me to book on the website. The scheduling took less than 2 minutes - very simple website. I arrived a few minutes early, masks are required (during COVID). I was greeted immediately and lead to a room for my Yoni Steam and offered a drink. I sat there and reflected on life and just enjoyed my alone time, MY ME TIME. The young lady Destiny was so helpful and sweet. She checked on me and was so pleasant. After that I went to a facial room for a facial and chin wax. First time getting a facial, my fresh face looks RADIANT. Porschae did my facial and she was a breathe of fresh air. I am so glad I went and will be booking another appointment for October. I have already referred 3 people to her already.

My experience with the owner was a nightmare! I book a service for $149, and shortly after I booked I received a call saying she wasn’t in the shop that day. I was confused because why would you accept a booking if you weren’t in the shop? I said cool, please just process a refund. Porsche, the owner states that she would refund my money and never did. She came up with every excuse as to why she couldn’t process my refund, then eventually she stop replying to my messages. I disputed with my bank and then she appealed the dispute. I never received a service and she appealed, like what??? When I tell you it has been a struggle trying to get my money back. Please do not waste your time. This woman is scamming people for sure! I am going to sue her, she will be sorry for defrauding me.
