Body Refuge Massage Therapy

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Body Refuge Massage Therapy. Haley was kind, professional, and thorough. She reviewed my details and appointment type, and we made adjustments based on my needs - I had a pulled muscle so we switched from a Swedish massage to a deep tissue. She regularly checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable, and she worked out all the knots where I was holding tension. It was very relaxing, and I could feel that she was taking her time without sacrificing the quality of the experience. It was clear that she really knew what she was doing! And when everything was finished she gave me her recommendations - lots of water and heat on my sore muscles. This was an excellent experience and it's clear that Haley is passionate about her craft.

I was hurting so bad and knew I needed help quickly. Haley was able to get me in at just the right time. She was amazing! Actually she was the very best I’ve ever experienced in 40 yrs of getting massages. Everything was just what I needed from the minute I walked in the door till I walked out! She gets a 10/10 from me! I will be back!!!

Top notch massage experience! Private and professional atmosphere. Super clean building. Haley is the absolute best and does well to pass on her knowledge. I think I fell asleep at least 3 times!
