Always a great workout and super nice vibes/aesthetic to the place. I feel like this gym helps me lock in just based off the equipment alone!! Also insane lighting lol.

Prep isn’t easy, no matter what division. It’s a long, hard, mentally draining process. That’s why it’s important to have a coach that stands behind you, that you can depend on. Richard Sparks genuinely cares about his clients. He takes time to get to know them, customizes diets accordingly and is constantly learning new things to bring to the table to improve their experience. This man is the epitome of a what a coach should be, and I couldn’t imagine anyone else standing in my corner cheering me on.

I’ve been doing weight training for more than 20 years and am incredibly impressed by the knowledge of Richard and his training team. My personal trainer, Xavier is a professional bodybuilder and provides excellent coaching. Lastly, Body Solutionz has equipment that you won’t find anywhere else in Louisville that targets muscles from different angles. Can’t recommend these guys enough!
