Avoid This Tour Company – Unreliable and Disorganized! I booked a two-day tour package in Mumbai and paid in advance. The company was supposed to pick me up at 9:00 AM for a city tour, including the slum areas. They arrived late and sent a driver who did not speak any English. Due to time constraints, they changed the itinerary without informing me and took me to the Elephanta Caves instead. The drive to the caves took an hour, followed by another 30 minutes of the driver searching for parking—he had no idea where to go. We took a crowded ferry to the caves, where I had to stand for the entire hour-long journey. At the caves, a local guide joined me and provided a decent but unremarkable tour. By the time we finished, it was already 3:30 PM, and I had not eaten anything. I contacted the company via WhatsApp to ask about the next part of the tour but received no response. We took the ferry back to the Gateway of India, where the driver handed me his phone so I could speak with the guide who was supposed to take me on the city tour. It was already 4:30 PM. The guide told me to wait for him at a café, but neither I nor the driver knew where it was. I waited at a nearby Starbucks for 30 minutes until the guide finally arrived. The city tour started around 5:00 PM and was just average. At the end of the tour, I got stuck in traffic for nearly two hours, arriving at my hotel around 9:00 PM. For some reason I still don’t understand, the driver refused to let me out of the car at the hotel. Only after I shouted at him did he get startled, unlock the door, and let me go. The second day of the tour was supposed to start in the late morning or early afternoon. Instead, the guide called and said it would only begin at 5:00 PM. At that point, I had had enough and canceled the rest of the tour. I strongly advise against booking with this company. Save your money and go with a more reliable provider.
