We had a problem with our secondary drain from our AC unit dripping directly down onto one of our exterior window frames, causing the wood to rot out. Gio from Frosty Homes came out and replaced/paint matched the framing around the window. He also re-routed the drainage from the system so we wouldn’t run into this problem again. He was timely, polite, and professional.

Very knowledgeable and were able to diagnose a problem that was stumping me and my family for months. Really professional work and they gave us a clear plan on how to continue. Very respectful of our concerns. Would definetly recommend!
