Alex in Lake Wales location was phenomenal his customer service skills were impeccable he handled several of us customers at the same time very professional very friendly I will definitely come back into the store I would definitely recommend hiring more employees like him he seems to be very dedicated to his job also thank you again Alex for helping me out cuz I know I sure am lost switching from an Android to an iPhone but I definitely don't feel as intimidated as I did before I walked in

Don’t know who this lady was I think she’s new but she was very rude and needs to be fired. Charged my mother about $100 for her phone bill eventhough my mother’s boost app said she had a credit of over $80. My mother tried explaining that to the worker but she wouldn’t hear it and dismissed her and was just overall nasty. I didn’t get a name and she’s lucky I didn’t otherwise I’d put it in the review. I know it wasn’t ms ivona she’s always helpful when we go. DO BETTER😡😡😡

Alex did a great job helping me switch carriers when I was done with Metro!!! Even though it was a holiday and there were several issues with the swap, he not only stayed late, he was so polite and helpful!!!
