Thundercracker04Not once but twice the same person has just put the phone down on me I wasted a journey yesterday as I booked my son in and when I got there they said he wasn't due for another year I'm not psychic so I didn't realise he was every 2 years now and his glasses have broken but I knew they wouldn't repair them so close to a retest now they are out of warranty and we have to wait another year I have to pay for his flimsy frames (he's had the same frames 3 times now and each one has broken) Why did they not check when I booked his appointment that he actually needed one his twin had a letter for an eye check I just thought his had been mislayed 🤷‍♀️ Really wouldn't recommend them at this branch and find the staff very rude
DemAmazing and fast had a emergency where I lost my glasses they was fast to get my eyes checked and order my glasses which came within 2 days
