He is completely right !!! I bought their shoe online and they assured me that you would be able to change the shoe if there would be any problem. Their shoe broke within 20 minutes of use and they started arguing that the shoe is used and you are supposed to exchange shoes from another outlet and the staff of that outlet said please go to another. Worst experience of life!! Cheapest and 3rd class services and shoe quality.

I bought there shoes few months before only used once and when I wanted to use it second time this was the situation of shoes. And when I go to starlet shoe store from where I bought these shoes for 7000 they said they only guarantee one week and I told them I only used once they said you should try 2 3 days in a row so the problem appears. Worst experience extremely dissatisfied with the shoes quality and with staff argument.

I purchased the black shoes from Starlet's new collection, and they're incredibly comfortable. They look so classy when I wear them, and everyone keeps asking where I got them.
