I love Sayza! I took advantage of their first month deal and fell in love so came back a few months later. I truly feel like I could just sit on the mat the whole class without judgement. The instructors make you feel so safe to learn and try new things and create an amazing environment

Went for my first time yesterday to the 5pm gentle warm yoga and LOVED IT! I cannot believe how beautiful the owners have made the old Cedar Street Clinic! It truly feels like a wellness boutique/ healing area! The energies are amazing! Absolutely loved the class and want to go back for more! And the best yet! Drop ins are so affordable!! Thank you for such a beautiful healing space! All staff is also awesome! The class had me gently sweating and ready for a nap! Which for someone with major anxiety was a massive feat! No anxiety at all it was great! I will be back! And highly recommend this to anyone looking to try yoga! Or looking for a new yoga space in Norfolk County.

I had the incredible opportunity to take my first class at Sayza this week, and I can honestly say it was an amazing experience from start to finish! I was a bit nervous going in, but the staff (and the owner) made me feel so welcomed right away. Everyone was kind, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and I instantly felt at home. The class itself was phenomenal—I was lucky enough to have the owner teaching, and it made the experience even more special. I learned so much and had an absolute blast. I’m already looking forward to my next class and I truly cannot recommend Sayza enough!
