George LennonBoss installed a new hot water tank August 2021 with a 6 year warranty. The tank started leaking last night so called Boss gave them the invoice # to verify it was under warranty which it was. Technician came out and scanned a barcode and said the hot water tank was manufactured in 2017 so it was out of warranty and it would be $1800 to replace it. So Boss sold me an old water tank that was almost out of warranty before they installed it. Be careful with Boss.

Never had a plumber of theirs come out that couldn’t get the job done. Shout out to Julius, Leo, Jacob, Fernando, Isai, Jose and all the rest of the team and the dispatch ladies you all rock!
