this institution is ridiculous. i was a phlebotomy student and their program was ultimately mediocre. the classes are incredibly unorganized, students stand around waiting to practice while the class is a chaotic mess with no order to anything. it would be incredibly easy to make a roster each day of class and conduct the practice punctures in an orderly way, but they won’t. the actual material they give you hardly helps for the exam. expect to do a lot of studying on your own with materials you have to buy. the program also drags on for 16 weeks because they only do a minimum number of draws each day, but really this is to make as much money as possible. absolutely a greedy institution, not worth your money. for my certification exam, the proctor was an hour late with no explanation. the computers hardly work. everything here is a joke.

This program is a complete scam. I was in a sterile processing program. I spent 6K that should’ve never cost that much. Most legit programs are around 2K or less. You don’t learn anything you’re stuck behind the screen with no real guidance no structure and you’re basically teaching yourself they promised you big things during orientation like help you with internship but once you pay you’re on your own. They have you search and apply for clinicals all by yourself. You’ll never hear from them again after orientation total false advertising and if you’re considering doing central sterile tech from them do not go through this program it’s not worth 6K you’ll waste your time energy and thousands of dollars for absolute nothing. Do not spend 6K on this program please go somewhere else. I asked for a refund now they’re telling me there’s no refund when my Enrollment agreement that I signed Said I would get my refund at a specific date.

Very nice people/teachers. Very informative teaching and helps you prepare for the NHA exam. You go through a 16-week of in class clinicals and then they will put you into an internship! You can even land a job after ur internship, which is a really good opportunity. Loved this program.
