This is a fabulous company! I realized I forgot my passport the day before a trip departure. In a huge panic, I tried FedEx and other overnight companies, but arrival times were too late. I opted for courier service, and first was quoted a price more expensive than what my vacation cost. Next, I contacted Boston Courier. They quoted a price 25% less and promised faster delivery! David, the dispatcher, provided excellent customer service. He responded promptly whenever I had questions and even provided an app for me to track the driver’s progress. My passport arrived 4 hours later, with the driver letting us know exactly when to expect him. I highly recommend Boston Couriers. For a very reasonable price, you can count on an on time delivery and interact with friendly, professional employees.

Disappointed in their customer service. I was qouted a price from a different moving service and communicated their qoute. After reevaluating and asking them if they were available they were very short both on the phone and via email. I wish they were a bit more professional.

We called Boston Courier in the early afternoon because we were gifted some tickets to a ball game tonight. In the process of coordinating, we realized that we were not going to be able to connect to pick up the tickets. I called and spoke with Phil who told me that he would be able to make it happen...he said within two hours, and I thought that was for pick-up...it turns out it was pick-up and delivery...GREAT COMMUNICATION along the whole process and it was easy and flawless.
