Ample selections of framed print that are so beautiful and their room scents of Eucalyptus and Lemon verde smells so classy and fresh, not overwhelming. Love how they decorated the place. The washroom for shoppers is such a thoughtful good idea
Vasudha DemblaNot impressed by the green tea diffuser - it didn’t work at all for my house and it did not have a strong smell at all. The store smells amazing because they have way too many diffusers. I called & offered to return the product the same day within 2-3 hrs as I was not satisfied with the fragrance and the staff point blank said no. (No expectation was set at check out that this would be a final sale) I was agreeable to take a store credit but they said no again. I feel like I wasted $34 on something that I didn’t like as a customer. I understand it’s not in a “re-sellable” condition but whatever happened to customer satisfaction? Giving 2 stars because I still do like their collection but not a fan of their policy!
RZAVery rude lady that works here. They didn't fill my order properly twice and I came from stratford. Rather than be considerate, the lady had the nerve to say " oh it's only a 45 minutes drive" as if they’re going to transport my missing items to me at home. And it’s 1 hour drive in traffic. I drove back once to get my missing items; the other time I asked someone to get it for me. Just do your job lady and fill orders properly in the first place. I didn't make a fit, I just said I had to come back from Stratford. No wonder all their sites are closing down....poor customer service and many things are overpriced anyway. I chose to go there but I didn't have to. I spent $3000 on 5 different occasions over the summer; nice to see they have no value for you. So I will spend my money at Homesense or Amazon now. Since people like her can't do their jobs, bring on AI !!

My Mum showed one of the older ladies that the items all had significant defects - lady told her to take a sharp knife x trim it off herself. Then we went to check out - the girl didn't initially charge her for an item. Thankfully we're honest people or else my Mum x I would have walked out with free items as it also happened to me! Overall nice store đź‘Ś but 2 out of the 3 workers weren't on their game plan. One very rude x one not even paying attention.
