When the generator was installed there was an issue with the engine. One of the cylinders wasn't firing. The technician stated that the engine would have to be replaced. The replacement replaced by an experienced tech who knew what he was doing. After the engine was replaced all was fine. The six month service was recently completed and no other issues were found. I would definitely recommend Boudreaux’s. Give them a call.

All I can say is I feel way more comfortable now with Boudreaux’s. I have been having my generator for 10 years with another company. My old generator was hit by lightning and was messed up by the strike. I wasn’t a customer to Boudreaux’s at that time. Call my old company never from them for over three days. Call Boudreaux’s at around 730pm on a Friday night, they were working on my generator at 9am on Saturday morning. Remember i wasn’t their customer, but they still came out to help resolve the issues. Unfortunately, my old generator had more issues , so through great discussions we decided to replace our generator with a new one. Yes, you guessed it BOUDREAUX’S installed our new one.

Totally a fan of Stuller Power solutions. We are especially impressed with the service provided by Micah, one of their maintenance reps. He is thorough and a true professional. He never leaves one of our scheduled check ups without giving us a complete status report on our system. Don’t suffer a power outage! Go with the professionals at this family owned company.
