I got my hair done with Becca and she is a very nice person, I loved chatting with her but this is the first time I would say my hair was messed up. I wanted the natural lived in colour with a golden blonde and I ended with a beige blonde and bleach hot spots all around my head. She told me it was because she didn't realize how much hair I had and was running out of time therefore had no time to blend it. Her usual thing would be to do a root smudge but had no time and let me leave with it unblended. That definitely made me feel like I got less of a service than I paid for as this definitely did not look natural lived in. It wasn't until my hair was straight that I noticed the hair cut was really bad too. We agreed on texture and I even showed her a tik Tok comment that said what to ask for. We spoke about how since my hair was getting cut above my shoulders, there shouldn't be too many layers. Instead my hair is 2 different lengths and so choppy. She fixed my colouring but tried to blend the haircut but now it looks worse. She told me I will have to let it grow out. I asked for a refund for the haircut portion and I was told no. She states that she gave me what I asked for but I know I didn't ask for this. She also states I never showed her the TikTok comment but I did. She also says she can't give me a refund cause of the time she spent on my hair but that was because she had to fix it. I think there could have been communication like "I didn't realize how much hair you had, are you okay to come back tomorrow". Every one of my friends and family say that my hair cut is super bad. Obviously it will be Becca's word against mine but I do know what I asked for and the pictures I showed. Again, she is a lovely person and the salon is beautiful. I just would recommend one of the other hair stylists. I included pictures for reference.
