I received my online order. Some items are not the right size. What upset me the most is the dirty T-shirt in the order 🤯 I will not buy from Zara again.

Worst experience. The service is absent. And this time we can’t put it on lack of labour. About 6 staff chatting and laughing in the back store whilst only one at the register? Staff were so unprofessional, yelling and laughing. It was like bein in a high school classroom. Honnestly, remember that customers still spend good money. There’s an obvious lack of leadership and structure here.

Worst experience ever in Zara Quebec Store. They forgot to remove the tag to my purchase!! I told them to check my bag thoroughly 3x because it keeps on beeping every time we leave. The associate told me that there's nothing she could do and refused a thorough check. My HUSBAND then checked it only to find out that the tag was still on the pants. We felt embarrassed, humiliated and inconvenienced. Their people are unreliable and need more training for customer satisfaction.
