After getting several quotes, I decided to go with Bow River Doors as they seemed knowledgeable and offered a very competitive price. Unfortunately, I had to have them back twice to fix mistakes made during the initial install. During the second visit, I was still not convinced that the door was installed properly, and this was causing there to be a gap under one side of the door when closed. After some painful discussions where the owner could not explain why it was installed this way and told me to get my concrete milled, I was forced to get a second opinion. You can get an idea of how this company treats their customers in the response below. The door was not installed level and the owner would not accept this. I think most people can look at the first (marked up) photo and see the TOP of the door is not square to the LVL or the top plate. The shaft on the left hand side clealy shows a left to right downward angle. I went as far as running a string line across the curb wall and measuring down to check how imperfect the concrete floor was. He didn't want to hear it. This 2nd company confirmed my suspicions and lowered the frame and spring shaft on the left hand side to make it closer to level. This fixed my problem and only took them an hour to do. See the second photo once installed level. Save the headache and go elsewhere.
