Thank you so much Brandy for doing an amazing job on Oreo! He looks great and was super happy! We've had so many bad experiences and he's been traumatized by them. It's a nice change for him to be done correctly and be happy ❤️ Their prices are very affordable and they communicated everything beforehand. They also have a clean and inviting shop. They give you a report card to show how your furbaby does and you can see how they improve over time. I'm so glad we were referred to them and so is our Oreo!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Bow Wow Billie's, best animal people ever! My Bonnie girl (very anxious pitty and looks scary but is a princess) has never been able to go to a groomer and needs to have tramadol at home (doctors orders) before every vet visit and they muzzle her in the car to take her back! Mel and Billie showed up, said hello to her, got her leashed up and she sat right down for them! She knew she was in great hands. Bandit does not like his paws touched but watching Bonnie he relaxed and both were done in less than 5 min!!! Thank you both I'll be having y'all do their trims on a monthly and hopefully start taking them to the shop. (My anxiety gets the best of me too)

Highly disappointed in the quality and service this place provided. I came to Bow Wow Billies once prior and received a relatively good haircut for my pup. Since he looked well groomed I rescheduled to keep my pup looking nice and to get used to the grooming process. The second time around was an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT experience. I was running a bit behind and dropped him off 15 behind the 9 a.m. drop off time. Apparently they have a late fee charge that I was not informed about when I dropped him off or picked him up. Apparently there is a sign on the wall somewhere within the building with very small message about it that I did not see, but a verbal notice would have been nice given every other place I have been to is much less strict on drop off times. As a business owner I respect her rules just wish a verbal notice would have been given. I requested the face and his bottom to be trimmed and cleaned up around the edges. Keep in mind the first time he looked very nice and they did well so that is what I expected and requested again. This time they couldn’t have spent more than 5 min on him. His ears were kind of clipped and his private but that is about it. When I called to inquire about it I was told I could bring him back to be fixed and I could pay difference between “face and essentials” and full grooming. I don’t care the cost I just wanted him to look nice and agreed to this at first. At that time I asked the difference in cost and she told me it was around 60. I paid 54. That is when she finally informed me she talked on a late charge wayyyyy after the fact. I get it, those are your rules but don’t sneak it on there without telling me when dropping off or picking up. It was never told how strict the drop off time was it that it would result in a considerable late fee. I am mostly disappointed in the lack of care in quality. The resolution was being him back but you have to pay more, and it didn’t seem to me they cared to fix the situation. I just wanted what I received last time. The first pic attached is 10 min after he got home from being groomed for the 2nd appt mentioned above. (His right leg has a shaved part from surgery and that is not their fault) The latter pics are after being groomed by a different groomer. Night and day difference between the two. 2 stars as first time was great, 2nd was awful. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I wish them the best though.

Worst grooming my dog has ever received!! I will NEVER go back!!! Her face was embarrassingly not symmetrical…not even…trimmed her down to a rat and even took her tail. And…the MOST I have ever been charged for a grooming!! A double stick. Nope!! Won’t be back!
