I can not express by DEEP disappointment in the HORRIBLE experience I had with this location. I called 2 months in advance for an appointment regarding implants. I asked specifically is this the dental college that people are in residency and Fellows over look their work. I was assured YES this is the place after being transferred multiple times. I already have my own Dentist, Orthodontist, Prosthodontist etc a private practice, however wanted to inquire about receiving implants (I need 3) at a reduced price with Dental students vs rack rate/ You can imagine my surprise when I was given one quote for almost $17k and another quote for 16K. I said wait this is more than my regular private practice Dentist office specialist and they said this is the same type of practice. WHAT, I just wasted 2 hours of my time and paid out of pocket for a consultation for getting a quote which could have come from my regular Dental specialist. Absolute 100% crazy incompetent people that answered the phone that I asked multiple times confirming what I needed. I give this a location and receptionist that answer the phone an absolute F. When I left the person that gave me the crazy $17K quote said oh your in the wrong place call the this number. Now the wait is 4 months. DO NOT TRUST this practice and note very few insurance companies cover this practice. Awful awful experience
It was a very reasonable experience. Dr Artem was pleasant and professional. Actually I enjoyed the talking about my case. I was X-rayed and referred to get an MRI. Staff was very nice and helpful.
