My parents have been coming to this mechanic for years and they’ve always said how trustworthy and reliable the service is. This was my first time going there myself and I can confidently say they were absolutely right. From start to finish, my experience was outstanding. I worked directly with Joti and he was amazing to deal with. From the moment I arrived, he was kind, professional and patient. He took the time to listen to my concerns and never once made me feel uncomfortable for not knowing much about cars. What stood out most was how clearly he explained everything — what the problem was, what needed to be fixed and what could wait. He even suggested more affordable options instead of trying to upsell or pressure me into unnecessary repairs, which really showed his honesty and integrity. The work on my car was done efficiently and quickly. He made sure I understood what was being done and that I was comfortable with the cost before moving forward. When I picked up my car, it was running perfectly and I left feeling confident that I had finally found a mechanic I can trust. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers and goes the extra mile to make sure they’re informed and satisfied. I completely understand now why my parents have stayed loyal to this place for so many years. This will definitely be where I bring my car from now on. They sold me a 2010 Jeep Compass which required $3000 worth of repair and replacement parts. Both front lower control arm bushings, Both rear struts and 4 new tires as the ones they sold me were so aged they couldn't hold air for more than 12 hours. They had me sign off on the paperwork when I purchased the vehicle indicating it's a faulty sensor for the tire pressure, and it will remain on and this is not something they are forced to replace during a safety. In reality, the tires were so old and cracked they simply could not hold the air pressure and that would trigger the working sensor to turn on the light for the low pressure. I took the Jeep back into them a few weeks after purchasing it as I was hearing a loud squeaking noise every time I would turn. They said they fixed the issue when in reality they did not. The noise return again shortly after, and my mechanic showed me they are all factory components that have never been changed. To properly fix this issue, You must change components. All the invoices they gave me indicating all the work they did was inaccurate or, even worse, fabricated. I just want the work done on my car, as this never should have passed a proper safety inspection. Be very cautious if you are considering purchasing a vehicle from these people.

Went to view and test drive car. Called the day before and in the morning before asking friend to drive me out. 45 minute drive. When I got there car was filthy dirty battery was dead. Put battery on charger got car running. When attempting to drive off lot, engine started making noise , had difficulty opening Hood as it was catching on right side. Engine light came on salesman told me they don't fix engine light anymore Was to be sold as certified Car was a piece of junk ,overpriced And salesman full of it. I wouldn't buy a 25 cent cup of lemonade off this dealership What a waste of time and gas
