I have had nothing but problems with their billing. They did not bill my insurance correctly and have charged my credit card for strange amounts. absolute nightmare in my opinion. *edit after owner's response, I would disagree that things are running smoothly now. My emails from 3 months ago never received a response and things are still a mess. The other reviewer who never had their call returned - you're lucky!

I contacted Bozeman Therapy & Counseling three times over a month ago. I left messages on a general phone line once and directly to a counselor twice. I have never received a call back from anyone.
