24hr BP wild bean. Always nice and clean inside and out and toilets are also very clean. Staff are very friendly and as you would expect from a wild bean M&S top quality items.
Was randomly closed at 5pm. Always a queue. And take forever to get pumps fixed. God only knows why I keep using this garage.
Yesterday I visited the store to fill up my diesel van and 2 5L containers. I put approximately £30 worth of diesel in and £18 worth of unleaded into the cans. When I went to the till to pay I told the gentleman pump 4 who said I owed £18. I then told him there was also some diesel to pay for. He couldn’t find it on the till and it then became clear someone had paid for my fuel by mistake. Although I understand the cashiers frustrations, this was good news for me as Somone had paid for my fuel. HOWEVER, the cashier then said I would need to pay for my fuel again! Even though there was receipt for pump 4 for £30 of diesel saying it had been paid. The cashiers logic was I personally hadn’t paid for my fuel so I needed to. I was then threatened saying if I didn’t pay for the fuel it would be considered a drive off! 3 cashiers were arguing with me during this time. The way I see it, BP have now been paid twice for the diesel in my vehicle, whilst Somone has not paid for the product they put in their vehicle. It was incredibly humiliating. I use my van for work and the manager said if I refused to pay I would not be able to fill up anywhere as I would show up on ANPR cameras.
