Kiki was very patient with my last minute dye shopping and she greatly added in my decision on what Loc dye to buy! She was very welcoming and friendly and ensured my needs were to be met before she clocked out for the night! 😭 I came in 10 minutes before closing with no idea what to get. Kiki had a great understanding of the store's layout and willingly guided me directly to the sections I needed as I zipzopped around the store to make sure I didn't hold up her evening! While I felt extremely guilty she still made sure I was satisfied with my purchase before we both left the store for the evening! I was having a hard time with my hair as my stylist did not execute the look I wanted and she made me feel valued and "held up chin up" and agreed the style and color looked great on me even though it was not the desired outcome. I was told about Adore Hair Color and asked some information and while she is not locced or dyed out she informed me it's one of the most selected brands! The prices here are very reasonable and they have a good selection of different items for different "styles" of hair. It's such a well managed salon shop it's very aesthetically pleasing and clean! I felt very valued as a customer by Kiki's genuine words and actions and was able to leave with every dye and tools I needed! Thank you! Go check this place out. 💕 *EDITED TO ADD IMAGE* THX AGAIN

Had a great experience here AND they had all of my to-go-to hair products in-stock!! No more endless searching for the products at hand anymore. No longer waiting on getting them shipped! Highly recommend this place for friendly service and high-quality stocked products.

I really wanted to support this Black-owned beauty supply store, but unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. First, the store hours on Sunday are from 1-6 PM, which isn’t very convenient, especially for women who might need early access to beauty supplies. The pricing felt overpriced compared to other beauty supply stores in the area. What really stood out, though, was the lack of customer service. The girl at the front desk spent my entire visit on the phone or FaceTime with some dude talking all loud and didn’t acknowledge or help me. Additionally, the store has a no-returns policy, which is frustrating given the cost of the products. I hope the business considers improving its accessibility, pricing, and customer service because I truly want to see Black-owned businesses thrive.
