I was transferred to Brad Jacobson's State Farm office when my State Farm representative retired. I went for an office visit to go over my policy's and then upgraded my policies. Not quite a month later I hit a deer with my car and Brad helped me find a reputable car re-builder. I went for an estimate and made an appointment the same day to get my car repaired the following week. My car is currently being repaired. Brad has answered all my emails, (even on the weekend), and helped me every step of the way with any questions I had. I'm very happy with my experience as it was painless and everyone was so nice from Brad's office to the car re-builder place of business. Thanks again.

Mike White was very helpful in getting insurance set up on a boat I'm picking up soon in another state. He's been very responsive and informative, and has made sure that I've got the proper coverage I need to pick up the boat and tow it home.
