We really appreciated working with Laura Wheeler from Brad Long Group when we bought our house last month. She was patient with us as we figured out what we needed in a house, and super easy to communicate with--always responsive and straightforward with our questions, and checking in with us to make sure we hit our deadlines. She let us know about a range of options for the financing, insurance, appliances, and all the different inspections. I asked her a ton of questions, and she always came through with advice from long experience. When we looked through houses together, she frequently noticed potential major issues (cracks near frames, water damage, cost to renovate, etc) that I would have missed if she hadn't pointed them out to me. When we started the home buying process to move across the country, she was incredibly responsive and helpful despite several hours of time difference. When we were having trouble choosing a home without being able to see them in person and chose to fly out to house hunt, she cleared her schedule and made us a priority. She devoted an entire weekend to us, making sure we saw a myriad of properties in our price range. Once we'd selected a property, she was on top of every detail.
