When paying over half a million dollars for a townhome, you would think the build quality would at the least be functional. I have had to go through and fix every door hinge. Half of the knob finishes were dented and placed in a way that you wouldn’t notice until being the house for some time. The ceiling fan looks like a child hung it from the ceiling. It’s unfortunate that this man doesn’t show more pride in his business and in delivering a quality product.
We rented a unit that Brad Reynolds built and the unit itself was made great. Unfortunately the HOA company that is over the villages at Draper hills is pretty incompetent. They are choosing to have repairs that the units need done by a company that is charging far more than is needed and they absolutely don’t listen to the unit owners ever. BUT Brad Reynolds company did a great jobs building the units his company built!
Brad Reynold’s built two homes for us and he and his construction team did an excellent job both times. If we moved back to SLC I would not hestitate to have him build us another home. Speaking of Brad not being honest I cannot believe that because it is so contrary to how he treated me and my wife. Either you did not listen 👂 to what he was saying and there are houses in the valley go up $100,000 in a couple of weeks. It is called supply and demand. If you have a client who is willing to pay $50,000 more for the same house that is the new price.
