Brad is one of the most professional, relaxed and welcoming person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Brad is a professional in every sense of the word. He explains every aspect of the process to you without overloading you with information. Brad takes the time to explain everything to a level the client will understand. Not only was Brad able to get me in without an appointment, he had me approved that day and was able to get me a better rate then had posted.
