Never compromised the design. As a Designer - it happens, the best laid plans can go awry with unforeseen challenges. That’s where the Bradburn Group really excelled! We encountered a few unexpected hurdles, including adjusting design elements and faulty product from a reputable supplier. From the very beginning communication was brilliant. I was always kept in the loop and their ability to problem solve while still respecting the integrity of the design was so important to me and the Client. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship didn't suffer for a second and now this Bathroom is one of my favourite projects completed to date. A big thank you to all the Team members of TBG, dedication, their attention to detail and professionalism. Must make a quick mention, and lots of fun to work with. The Bathroom is gorgeous with the vaulted ceiling and big beautiful Ceiling Fixture! Furthermore, on budget and most importantly the Clients are extremely happy!

I had major renovations on my home, totaling over $140,000. I found out after I had paid, that they did not pull permits as they had agreed to do. Despite Bradburn group telling me, upon my inquiry, that the work they undertook did not require permits, the city said they did. Then they said they would get the permits and pay any fines needed and do any work to rectify any problems should they exist. They sent an engineer to do drawings but then never followed up. Now a year after the work was completed, there are cracks in the brick wall (pics) and when I wrote in the fall to again inquire on the permits (and other issues) they never responded. See other pics of work already showing poor quality (e.g. tile grout holes, paint not finished well) - these are just a few examples- there are many. They also made mistakes in billing (over-charging) and when I asked for a full review of their billing, there was no appropriate follow up, they do not provide a full transparent accounting and did not follow up on requests to do so.

The Bradburn team were able to bring a vision for a unique Nail Salon from the designer stage to a beautiful, finished commercial space.. All the clients that frequent Doll Beauty compliment us on the decor and ask who did the renovations. The work is of the highest quality and everyone involved reflected a professional attitude. This was apparent in the scope of the project, and the Permit and Inspection processes with the City of Hamilton. The Bradburn Group does not disappoint, and I highly recommend the team for your next construction project.
