I've worked with Andrew and his team on two separate occasions (for my main bathroom and kitchen) and been super happy with the outcome of both projects. The kitchen was pretty complex, involving removing a wall, rerouting the HVAC, and changing the location of the gas line. At all stages, the team was careful to check in at key points to ensure I had a say in decisions and they were doing the work per my expectations. His team is thorough, precise and has great attention to detail meaning that I know the work is going to stand the test of time. As another reviewer said, the team doesn't disappear after the final cheque is cashed, Andrew does a final walkthrough to address any small remaining issues and is responsive and transparent throughout. Definitely recommend working with them!

We had Bradley Construction do a complete renovation of our first floor and upstairs bathroom. This included doing multiple structural changes, new staircase, kitchen, custom built ins and flooring. Dealing with Andrew was fantastic. He is very easy going and made the experience not stressful at all. He always responded promptly and was always in communication with us. When small issues arose, he was able to explain everything clearly and we were able to problem solved and come up practical and innovative solutions. The pandemic started midway through our renovation and he was fantastic at keeping our project moving ahead despite the lockdown and supply chain issues. Him and his team were fantastic. The quality of the work is phenomenal. He has strong attention to detail and high standards when it comes to his work. He has an ability to work with the designer, engineer, trades, his team and ourselves.
