Wow 1 day on market and bam! Closed. No drama no back and forth just sold at purchase price. When u have experience expertise knowledgeable and professional people working for their client u have one heck of a real estate team. Short review: Hire him. Medium Review: Mr. Alvarado is, at the very least, polite, professional, friendly, and does what he says he's going to do. Furthermore, he's a great listener. He seems to have connections with someone twice his age. You need an inspector? He's got one. Pool guy? He's got one. Handyman? Got one. My wife and I work in the industry and consider ourselves pretty savvy, but there were at least 4 or 5 things that we would have missed had it not been for the keen insight and competence of this man. Longer Review: Frankie represented us in the sale of our condo in South Palm Springs. He had come highly recommended from a friend, but we were still going in with our eyes wide open, looking for anything that might not sit well with us. As usual, sellers always want the highest price for their home and the lowest for the home they'll purchase. From the jump, we were shown market analysis, a good variety of comparables, and a really nice feature, selling us on his team and his group within the BSREG. I had the pleasure of working with a few of his colleagues, Javier and Chip, with a showing and coordinating key delivery at a very late hour on a Monday, all thanks to a team that clearly goes above and beyond, all while giving the impression that this is not a big deal at all and is old hat to them. As with many sales transactions, things come up in the inspection (some expected others not so much). Perhaps in other hands, some of the concerns of the buyer of our property may have scared them off or killed the deal, but not so in this case. Because he partners with quality title and escrow people, we were lucky to secure the escrow services of Dusty Garza, who we have worked with on other deals and who was a consummate professional.
