The team at Braintree garage door was fantastic. Jake , Makayla Sebastian came to our home and walked me through the process and our options, and the team installed the door systems in next day . They came out great and we couldn’t be happier.

Jake is awesome! I called to report my broken left torsion spring and request for a replacement service. They we were able to come the next day and completed the fix. I had used them in Feburary 2025 to fix the broken right torsion spring. At the time, they had warned me about the potential risk the left spring going to fail too. Both time, they came out quickly to fix the problem and make sure everything is in working order before leaving.
