I don't like to leave bad reviews.. but I was trying to reach someone from your company for 3 hours (safety, dispatch), and no one answered... Yesterday, one of your trucks, #85, scared us trying to push us off the road and used his highway horn, which woke up our sleeping toddler ... hopefully, my husband was driving our car (he is also a truck driver) , so he knew how to act in such situations, and no accidents happened. I can't even imagine what was in your driver's seak head to be so aggressive on the road. Please let him know that anything done on the road could cost someone his life... It happened on 90th toll road close to Toledo, OH, right before we entered pay station..
Excellent! The girl on guard was very kind, they gave me the door right away, unloading took about 1.5 hours. There is a trailer wash on site for $40 and $47 with disinfection, keep in mind that they only accept cash. The guys are very friendly, I will definitely come back to this place again.
My review is in regards to 1 of your drivers. I'm not getting person al by listing truck number or anything because I'm not kind of guy. This guy I met tonight I wouldn't consider a truck driver but something else. The way I was brought up being a truck driver is kind of like a knight of the hwy. Meaning I help other drivers when I can when I'm asked. If someone asks me to pull my truck up 10 foot so another driver could make a tight turn in making a space to sleep in rest area . I would do it no questions asked. But not your driver. No apparently if he moves his truck 10 foot under 5mph . The truck alarm goes off apparently and forced me to disturb another truck in order for me to be able to park. That was just crappy plain and simple.everybody is running elogs by now. Everyone should know that if you don't go over 5mph it won't kick you intodrive time. No harm no foul. But apparently your equipment is setup with alarms that if your driver is asked to pull up or back or do something while off duty or in sleeper. An alarm will go off that person will get in trouble. I don't truly think k your equipment is setup like that. If it is. I truly feel sorry for the drivers. But I believe it was just that driver for whatever reason refusing to help another driver out. Which is just crappy in my book. Be safe
