We have visited this place several times, including around 3 PM yesterday, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently disappointing. The Indian girl at customer service is always full of attitude, unfriendly, and lacking in basic courtesy. It’s not just a one-time issue — every visit has been the same, which shows a serious problem with professionalism. Good customer service should be polite, respectful, and welcoming, but instead I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome each time. I truly hope management addresses this ongoing issue, because customers deserve to be treated with respect.so we are not going there anymore definitely.

Even though I love the quality of Reitmans products, I was let down by the customer service experience. The staff at the cash counter (two women) were incredibly rude and arrogant, with zero understanding of even the basics of customer service. It was the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. No respect and no professionalism.It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not even remotely a priority for them. Absolutely disgraceful!

Karen provided me an exceptional customer service. She was very kind & helpful. She went out of her way to give me recommendations on ways I can style the shirt I was doubting myself to buy. I was pleased by her service & my interaction with her. I wish people in client facing jobs could learn something from her as it’s hard to get bare minimum standards of customer service. Thank you sooo much Karen
