From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly attentive, polite, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me through the store with patience and professionalism, offering great suggestions and making sure I found the right items. His friendly attitude and respectful manner made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Please think carefully before shopping here. I had a very unpleasant experience at this store on Electra Street. The sales assistant, Mohammed (a Gambian national), who was serving at the till, was extremely aggressive and rude for no reason. As a female customer, I found his behavior especially shocking and unacceptable — I truly cannot understand why he acted this way. I would strongly advise caution before shopping here.

I really love this place ... Shoes and Garments are top quality... Most importantly I don't come here just because of clothes I come here because of Service... Mr. Sanaullah and Mr. Arshad are the reason why I come here in Grand Outlet Electra ... They are so helpful and so positive when it comes to Customers Service... Thank you once again MR.
