Update of my previous review : I already called you call centre and they promised that the two philpina ladies will call and apologize and nothing happened and when I review the comments from other customers it’s showing that they are complaining from same staff it means you are not taking any action for that they will do the same because as I said before no body cares, last thing I will do to try to reach the owner. First review: One star is too much for this branch , the attitude of the staff is the worst , and when I asked for the supervisor to submit complaint I surprised because her attitude is worst than the staff , last time to visit this branch because its not the first time also yesterday staff was shutting of people to go for cashier because it’s already 12 o’clock and they want to close , I really feel sorry because its 13 years in uae buying from brands for less and finished because of staff but if super visor doesn’t care it means the management or owners doesn’t care as well

very bad attitude of the staff the old Philippine lady, whoever tried a lot but didn’t buy, she was there blablabla too much after the customer left. And keep to discuss the customers in front of the customer with her own language. When she telling the rules keep talking talking…. Show the attitude to us. When she telling there supposed to be only one person in the fitting room, let us to go out of there, but there is another room which has two customers inside as well. When I was telling her about it, she said because they didn’t make noise. This not gentle reminder at all. Especially we are there not for trying, just go inside to have a look of my friend. We feel she is racism. Why not telling another one for the rules.

I recently had a frustrating experience trying to purchase a watch through the Brands For Less app. What initially seemed like a convenient process turned into a time-consuming issue with poor coordination between the app and the store. I saw a watch I liked on the app and noticed the option to collect the item from a nearby branch. Wanting to confirm availability before placing the order, I called the branch directly. The staff asked me to provide the barcode of the item to check their stock. I explained clearly that I intended to buy the item online and then collect it from their store the same day. They called me back and informed me that the exact item wasn’t available at the store, but they could help by providing alternative barcodes for similar items that were in stock. The salesperson shared six different barcodes and suggested I choose what I like, complete the purchase online, and then come to the store to collect it. I followed his instructions, completed the online purchase, and called him back to say I would come by in 3 hours to pick up the item. That’s when I was shocked to hear, "Sorry, you cannot collect from the store if you bought it online." I reminded him of what he had said earlier, but he had no answer and offered no solution. Since then, I’ve spent over four hours trying to resolve this with customer service, simply because I need the item today – based entirely on the information given by their staff and am travelling tomorrow. Unfortunately, I’ve received no meaningful support. This experience was disappointing and reflects a lack of proper communication between the sales team and the app policies.

Update, Feb 2025: the staff makes remarks about the customers which are not very kind or professional. Selling open/damaged stuff for the full price is also strange policy. ***** Compared to BFL stores in Dubai and Sharjah is meh. Here in RAK they have some basic stuff and they keep rearranging the things a lot. Some items are messed up in size arrangement - especially bras and panties. And the socks are in few places instead of having them in one place. Also would be nice to have more bigger size items.
