I brought a Rocco barcocco automatic watch from Brand for less for my brother as a gift for 379 aed on June 17th & went for vacation, when he opened the watch it was perfect but from next week it was stopped working & we sent someone to the store & explain everything as I was out of the country, they said when they will come back we will look into now we came back & from past 8 days they are saying they didn’t get any update from manager & today we went again and they said we can’t do the exchange or any other kind of help , dear management please explain what kind of business you guys are doing??? This is not acceptable at all we are not expecting this from the team , we need a solution , in the warranty card it’s mentioned 24month guarantee then what is the issue??
